Terms and Conditions of Sale

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
We reserve the right to require additional time to process your order. Examples: Unusually high order volume, shipping delays and holidays. But we will always strive to get every order out as fast as possible.

It is your responsibility to know your city and state laws to ensure the product you are buying is legal to own where you live. If you are unsure if it is legal, ask your local FFL or local law enforcement. We are not experts in your city and state laws. California, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York all have very strict firearm laws.
If an order cannot be completed because of your city and state laws, the order will be cancelled and will be subject to our cancellation fees.

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number, which will be sent to the email on file. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your InBox.
All firearms must be shipped to a FFL dealer that we can verify. There are no exceptions to this.
Processing your order does not begin until payment and FFL have both been received.

If payment has not been received, we will not be liable to hold that item until payment has been received, and the item will remain listed for sale.
Sometimes items may sell and not be available before we can remove them from our listing. If this happens, we will notify you as fast as possible and try to find another item. If we can’t the order will be cancelled.
Not every item we sell is a stocked item, though we do try to keep in store inventories available. Many items listed are drop shipped from our distributors. Sometimes an item can sell out while we are processing your order. If we notice that the inventory numbers are low, we will try to secure it for you. Unfortunately, this not always possible.

All sales are final. There are no refunds.
If we ship the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please inspect the firearm at your FFL’s location prior to completing the 4473 form. If you complete and sign the 4473 form, the firearm is now considered yours.
If you are denied by the ATF or unable to complete the transfer, there will be a 20% restocking fee on the return and you will be responsible for return shipping cost.

We have the right by law to refuse to sell firearms to anyone without providing an explanation.
It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone except for persons holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). We will notify and verify the FFL that you select before shipping any firearms.
All returns, exchanges, or cancellations are made at our sole discretion and may be subject to up to a 30% restocking fee.
All firearms sales and ammo sales are final. Any issues concerning them will have to be resolved with the manufacturer of the item. Also any illumination devices, electronic sights, thermal imaging devices and optic sales are final. Transfer fees or any other fees charged by the receiving FFL are Not included in the sale price. Askew Arms does Not control these fees in any way. Please check with the FFL you choose about what fees they charge before having a firearm shipped to them.

Used firearms are sold as is and all sales are final. Please inspect the firearm thoroughly before purchasing.

All firearms, magazines, receivers, and law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing Federal, State and local laws and regulations. Many of the items sold on this website may be prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state laws before ordering.
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacture’s box, with any included accessories and warranty information. Please read the warranty. Warranties vary from different manufacturers and even different models. Any accessories that come from the factory with your firearm may be covered by the manufactures warranty. We do not warranty any of these accessories.

All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). A Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate creates an encrypted link between a website and a visitor’s web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the website and the browser remains private and secure.

All orders are shipped as promptly as possible from our warehouse or store inventory within 3 to 10 business days. We use UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Our online inventory changes constantly. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item’s description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures, or prices on our site are error free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer’s credit card or we will refund the money.

You must be at least 18 to purchase rifle ammunition or shotgun ammunition and at least 21 to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition is shipped ground with adult signature required. All ammunition purchases are Final. Please make sure that you are ordering the correct ammunition. Please also check local and state laws.

If you order online and ship to Askew Arms for in store pickup, shipping is free on any orders over $50. If the order is under $50, there will be a $5 shipping fee.
If you order online and have the order shipped to you there will be a $10 shipping fee added for anything other than firearms. For handguns there will be a $15 shipping fee and an additional $5 adult signature fee ($20 total). For long guns (rifles and shotguns), there will be a $10 shipping fee and an additional $5 adult signature fee ($15 total).
